2018 Annual Report of the Residential Neighborhoods Committee
As Chairperson of the South Bend Common Council's Residential Neighborhoods Committee, I am
pleased to file the 2018 Annual Committee Report. This report sets forth a summary of the key activities
conducted by the Residential Neighborhoods Committee for the 2018 year.
This year the individuals serving on the Residential Neighborhoods Committee included:
Council Member Karen White, Chairperson
Council Member Jo Broden, Vice Chairperson
Council Member Regina Williams-Preston, Member
Council Member John Voorde, Member
Duties:
The Residential Neighborhoods Committee is one of the eleven (11) standing committees of the
Common Council. It oversees the various activities and issues related to neighborhood development
and enhancement per the City Code.
Meetings:
The Residential Neighborhoods Committee, as of the date of this Annual Report, has met eight (8) times
this year.
