Communication reced from the Central Unior, gel, Company, stating that
Pole located in the alley east of Olive Street and north of Orange Street had been moved,
Permission granted to the Indiana & Michigan Electric Com
six poles in the alley between Emerison Avenupany to set
e and Oakland Street south of Mishawaka Avenue.
� Same to bed used jointly with the Central Union. Telephone Co. and remove C. U. Tel. Co..
poles now standing this mace. First and Pole south of Mishawaka Avenue on the south west
corner of the alley on Oakland Street. Set one guy stub on the east side of Oakland
Street to Guy pole south of Mishawaka Avenue on Oakland Street,
The Board ordered that the City Contractor H. N. Barnes be notified to
construct curb and sidewalk extensions on the following streets, under Various Street
Contract.

S.W. Corner of Ewing Avenue acid Miami Street.
Cor. Altgeld and Miami Street.

Poles on Forest Avenue at the intersection of alley between Forest
Avenue and Park.Avenue at Riverside Drive the Board grants the Central Union Telephone
Company privilega of setting one pole directly across the street on the north side of
Riverside Drive between Forest .Avenue and Perk Avenue and to be eliminate the five poles
on the south side of Riverside Drive at the intersection of the alley between Park Avenue
and Forest Avenue . All companies to use the pole on the north side of Riverside Drive
jointly. Indiana & Michigan Elec. Co. and the South Bend. Home Tel. Co.,

by and between Staples and Ackerman, Contractors, of the County of St. Joseph and State of
Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the . "Contractor"), and the City of South Bend, in the
County of St Joseph, and State of Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works, (herein-
after referred to as the "City"), under and by virtue of an Adt of the General Assembly
of the Stead of Indiana , entitled An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations, " approved
March 6,1905, and all amendatory and supplemental acts thereto:

contractor covenants and agrees to construct pipe sewer on Niles Avenue, from St. Vincent
St. to Napoleon Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana at anti for tha following prices:
