Board met in special session E,t 11:30 A.M. Ur. J. B. Weber absent.
Mr. John Hibberd appeared be -Pore the Board and took up the matter
r% of having a,ll wires placed underground in the alley north of Washingbnn Avenue.
This matter was referred to the Pole and Wire Inspector U1r. Thos. H. Beaning
for investigation.
