Dear Sir Have received notice for consideration of sewer from St. Vincent Street to Napoleon. Street. The first four lots on Niles Avenue are restricted to one house which must face on St. Joseph and lots 141 to 144 will have to sewer on that street. tide can a se-mr tap u ;p St. Joseph Street, in the alley north of lot 139 that Tme could take care of lots: 145 and 146 . Lot 147 is severed from Napoleon Sewer ,. Leeper says for his point he can sewer from Leeper Avenue. Couldn't this sewer be laid to ruh from St. Vincent Street down Niles just far 4nough to take care of any property of Mr. Shively;?
