The Board ordered that the following notice be served` on the Chicago,
South Bend & Northern Indiana Railway Company, this City.
NOTICE

Railway Company, o
South Bend, Indiana.
You are hereby notified to repair the pavement on your right
of way on Portage Avenue and Navarre Street and such other streets that need such
repairs ;in the..City of South. Bend, Indiana in accordance with the ordinance and Laws
governing suck matters.
Unless same is done within the next (10) to days it will be
necessary for the City to do .the same all as provided by Ordinance, and charge the
cost thereof to your company.
