On November 13, 2018, the City of South Bend received engineering consultant proposals from
VS Engineering and Troyer Group for the School Zone Flashing Beacon Assemblies project (Prof.
No 117-075). The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) requires a minimum of 3 letters
of interest to be received to allow fair competition. At this time, the Division of Engineering
recommends rejecting all proposals. Engineering will work with INDOT to determine a new
advertisement date for the proposal requests.
