FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTING AGREEMENT
This First Amendment To Consulting Agreement (this "First Amendment") is made on
December 20, 2018 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana (the
"City"), an Indiana municipal corporation, acting by and through its Board of Public Works, and
Kolata Enterprises LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (the "Contractor").
RECITALS
A. The City and the Contractor entered into that certain Consulting Agreement dated
March 1, 2018 (the "Agreement"), for the provision of certain Services (as defined in the
Agreement) related to various projects and activities occurring within the City; and
B. The City and the Contractor wish to amend the Agreement as set forth in this First
Amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in this First
Amendment and the Agreement, the adequacy of which consideration is hereby acknowledged,
the Parties agree as follows:
1. In Section 2, which sets forth the consideration for Contractor's Services, the term
"Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000)" shall be deleted and replaced with the term "Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($17,000)."
2. Unless expressly modified by this First Amendment, the terms and provisions of
the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
3. Capitalized terms used in this First Amendment will have the meanings set forth in
the Agreement unless otherwise stated herein.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to
Consulting Agreement to be effective as of the Effective Date stated above.
