Dear Mr. McCormick:
The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held on December 20, 2018, approved the above
referenced Change Order for an increase of $87,550.02, plus an additional two -hundred seven
(207) days, bringing the current contract amount to $661,895.99 and the revised project
completion date to April 30, 2019.
Enclosed is a copy of the Change Order for your records.
