South Bend Indianal at the total bid price of $463,380.00 lump sum (with unit prices). This recommendation includes the acceptance of Base Division A, Base Division B, Alternates #A1, #A3, #A4, #A5, #B1. Alternate #A2 was not accepted and will not be a part of the construction scope.
