1. The meeting was called to order by Becky Kaiser at 1800 hours.
2. South Bend Animal Control September and October 2018 shelter numbers were presented by Jen
Gobel.
3. Introduction of new Commission Member, Dr. Mariah Covey.
4. Discussion regarding the new ordinance.
5. No discussion came from the floor when opened.
