NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the Members of the South Bend Common Council
will be held at 5.15 mrn. on Monday.. June 25, 2012 in the Council Informal
Meeting Room 4 Floor County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5 -
6.1(b)(2)(B). Said Executive Session is being called for the following instance:
"For the discussion of strategy with respect to... (B) Initiation of litigation or
litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing."
