Michigan St, currently occupied by Imagine That retailer. The sidewalk slants downward to the north and Imagine That is at the end of this slanted grade. Because, Imagine That door entrance is lower than the sidewalk, rainwater floods into their area. CB Richard Bradley Ellis maintenance has evaluated the problem and determined the solution is to install a drain system in front of the door. By installing this system, the water will drain into the system and reroute to the street, preventing run -off into the retail space. Water damages have also occurred to the floor and wall entrance of the space and will need repairing after installing of the drainage system. The estimated cost is not more than $1,500. 00 Staff recommends approval.
