Agenda: Bill No. 12 -40 — Appoint a negotiator for Police & Fire Contracts
Dr. Ferlic with full Council in attendance opened consideration of Bill No. 12 -41, which
would formalize the appointment of City Council Attorney Kathy Cekanski- Farrand as
the Council's lead negotiator in the upcoming Police and Fire contract negotiations.
Without dissent on a motion by Henry Davis seconded by David Varner Bill No. 12 -41
supported by all was forwarded to full Council with a favorable recommendation.
There being no further business to come before the committee at this time, Chairperson
Dr. Fred Ferlic adjourned the meeting at 5:20 p.m.
