CITY TRASH PICK-UP SCHEDULE CHANGED FOR MEMORIAL DAY
HOLIDAY
SOUTH BEND—The Department of Solid Waste trash collection will occur one day late
throughout next week due to the Memorial Day holiday. Crews will collect trash Friday,
June 1 to maintain the department's collection schedule. Regularly scheduled pickup will
resume the week of June 4.
Residents are also reminded that yard waste is still collected, automatically each week, on
the same day as regular trash pickup. Yard waste should be bagged and placed curbside
for collection. All yard waste is recycled at the City of South Bend's Organic Resource
Facility.

pickup or any other concerns.
