Attached to this memorandum is a professional service agreement from Fuerbringer Landscaping &
Design to provide spring clean -up and additional landscape services for the James Oliver Memorial
and for the entry signage areas at the Oliver Industrial Park. This work will complete the work plan
for the site that was started last fall as part of the site improvements. The total cost of the work is
$3,820.00.
Staff requests approval of this proposal.
