Agenda: Bill No. 03 -12 Vacation United Dr.
Committee Chair David Varner with a quorum present announced that he had
received a request to continue any hearing on this bill until the next meeting on
April 23, 2012. Gavin Ferlic so moved. Valerie Schey added a second and all
agreed to recommend continuance as requested.
There being no further business to come before the committee at this time, Vice -
Chairperson David Varner adjourned the meeting at 6:38 p.m.
