HomeMy WebLinkAboutNo. 0845 amending Resolution No. 812 regarding reimpursement to the SOSB for expenditures made within the Rum Village Industrial ParkRESOLUTION NO. 845 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 812 REGARDING REIMBURSEMENT TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR EXPENDITURES MADE WITHIN THE RUM VILLAGE INDUSTRIAL PARK. WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (Commission), adopted Resolution No. 812 on September 25, 1987; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 812 authorized and appropriated $15,080.58 from the South Bend Department of Redevelopment Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 4) Special Fund (Special Fund) to reimburse the City of South Bend for expenditures it made for acquisition of right -of -way within the Rum Village Industrial Park Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 4); and WHEREAS, the actual expenditures for acquisition of that right -of -way were less than originally anticipated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission as follows: 1. The Commission hereby amends Resolution No. 812 to reduce the amount of money appropriated for the purpose of reimbursing the City of South Bend for acquisition of right -of -way within South Bend Allocation Area No. 4 from $15,080.58 to $14,919.00. Adopted at a regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on May 27, 1988 at the office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Building, 227 W.
