In the absence of Chairperson Oliver Davis, Vice - Chairperson David Varner with
a quorum present noted the receipt of a letter from the petitioner asking all three
bills he originally filed, Bill No. 12 -21, 82 -11, and 12 -06, be withdrawn. Separate
motions to strike for each bill were initiated by Councilmember Gavin Ferlic,
seconded by Councilmember Fred Ferlic and supported by all to recommend to
full Council all three bills be stricken at the petitioners request.
There being no further business to come before the committee at this time, Vice -
Chairperson David Varner adjourned the meeting at 6:34 p.m.
