REBUH DING TOGETHER KICKS OFF WITH SKH,LED TRADES DAY
South Bend Rebuilding Together will hold the first of its two home rehabilitation work
days with Skilled Trades Day. Rebuilding Together is rehabilitating 18 homes in South
Bend's River Park neighborhood.
Members of the St. Joseph Valley Building Trades will provide plumbing, electrical,
roofing, painting, carpentry, sheet metal and other repairs to help low-income
homeowners, especially the elderly and disabled. The locations of homes that will
receive extensive Skilled Trades work include 1001 S. Ironwood Drive, 837 S. 26th
Street and 733 S. 29th Street.
