RE: NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION `
An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the Members of the South Bend Common Council
will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday April 4, 2012 in the Council Informal
Meeting Room 4 Floor County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1
(b) (6) (A) (8). Said Executive Session is being called for the following instances:
with respect to an individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction
which includes receiving information concerning the individual's alleged
misconduct; and to discuss before a determination, the individual status as an
employee of the South Bend Police Department. Notice of this Executive
Session was reviewed by the interim City Attorney and the Council Attorney in
consultation with the Indiana Public Access Counselor's Office.
