MAYOR BUTTIGIEG TO HOST
MAYOR'S NIGHT OUT IN 3rd COUNCIL DISTRICT
South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg will host Mayor's Night Out to allow South Bend
residents to speak directly to the mayor and department heads about municipal issues.
The second Mayor's Night Out of the year will be held Wednesday,March 28 in the
City's 3d Council District, which is represented by Councilwoman Valerie Schey. The
event is open to all residents. It will be held at the Howard Park Senior Center at 604 E.
Jefferson Blvd. from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Representatives from various city departments are available for residents to speak to and
receive information about departmental projects and programs. These departments
include:
• Building Department
• Corporation Counsel
• Public Works Department
• Police Department
• Fire Department
• Code Enforcement Department/Animal Control
• Streets Department
• Parks &Recreation Department
• Water Works
• Mayor's Office
• Common Council
• Community&Economic Development Department
• Finance and Administration
Sign-up is on a first-come, first-serve basis for five minute discussions with Mayor
Buttigieg.
