W.,:jjtoyne of the Water Works Dept. in regard to taps put in on Mishawaka Avenue by Chas. B. Obarlein & Company contractor for same. Same referred to the City Engineer for a notice' to be sent to Chas. B. Oberlein,& Co. Clerk instructed to request Cite Attorney to attend session of the Board at 7:45P. M. this 21st day of November 1916. Clerk instructed to write to H. Hager, plienber and send bill for cost of locating sewer tar at 207 South Walnut Street by De Peape & C oussens . The matter of the opening of William Street from Colfax Avenue to Lincoln tray West was discussed by the ,Board. Nine of the affected property now. ners with property .,butting on proposed William. Street was present at said session at request of tJhe Board. By unanimous consent of property owners present it was decided that said street should be opened. I the folloring parties -resent. Urs. Olive C. Birdsell, firs. Martha Brownfield, Otis Romine, Mr. & Urs Swartz, John Y. S1ick,James Judie, Representatives of St. Peter s ,vangelical Church and Charles Prast. The Board instructed hhe City Attorney to notify the Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indiana Railway Comp6ny that the pavement on Eddy Street V, and ?Mishawaka Avenue would be started April lst.,1917 and that all work concern-r ing their tracks must be completed before that time. The matter of track separation resolution No. 2 was discussed and hereby deferred until Wednesday Novemb e: 22nd. 191-6 at 11: 00 A.M. The contract for cluster light system iri business districts was ✓ discussed and the signing of s Te deferred until Wednesday November 22nd. 1916 at 11:00 A.M. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Cleaning of lAcCartney Creek (Ditch) from Le Salle Avenue to point 300 feet north of ✓ center of Vassar Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 456. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolvedm that notices as to the assessments as required by statute b1 published on the 28th. day of November 1915. and on the 5th. day of December 1916 in the South. Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing or. the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 19th. day of December 1916 at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereonall®wed. Noticeef this resolution shall be published on the 28th. day of November 1916. and on the 5th. day of December 1916. in the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board, will give a hearing on the acceotance ff such work at its office in the City Hall on the 19th. uay of December 1916. at 7:45 P.U. r Pr s ident.
