At the request of the Board Mr. F. I. Hardy, Mgr. of the Chicago, South
Bend & Northern Indiana Railway Company appeared before the Board and the matter of
the number of feet of clearance necesoary at their Chapin Street crossing rlative to
track a levat ion eras discussed, also the cost to their company and when same had to be
paid. This matter was referred to the CityAttorney to take up with the attorney for
the Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indiana Ry. Company.
%he time _ in which to complete Pavement on Michigan Street from
La Salle Avenue to South Street is' hereby extended by the Board of Public Works
until December 15th.,1916.
