Board met in special session at.11 :00 A. U. All members present.,
The Beard ordered the sidewalk improvement resolution on Lincoln Way
East from Premont Street to Kensington Addition be readvertised for bids. Same
to be advertised on the 13th. day of October 1916. and on the 20th. 'day of October
1916 in the, Snuth `Bend Daily. Tribune, stating that this Beard will receive
bids for the construction of said improvement up to lQi OO A.M. an the 31st:.
day -of -October 1916.at The Board reserves the right to reject any or all
bids* o
The Board had up for discussion. the amount of damages due J. �.
Studelamker on Eddy Street and Mishawaka Avenue widening. The City Engineer
was instructed to take thismatter up with the -above named _parties and
arrang:em for thesettlement of the same. `
