Board met in special session at 2:30 P.M. Mr. A. H. Rice absent.

F. I. Hardy, Genl. Mgr. of the Chicago, South Bend & Northern
Indiana Ry. Company met with the Board at their request and liscussed the matter
of°depression,of their tracks on Chapin Street to the New York Central Ry. Co.
crossing. Mr.' Hardy instructed by the Board to have some report as to what
their.Comaany was willing to do by Tuesday August.29th.,1916. at 10:00 A.M. when
the deferred hearing on Track separation would be held.
