Board net in special session at 12:30 P.M. Mr. A. H. Rice absent.
✓ In regard to the pavement of Edda Street from Jefferson Blvd.. to MishAwaka
Avenue and on Mishawaka Avenue from. Eddy Street to the center of uine-teenth Street,
this being; the day set for receiving petitions f'or the kind of pavement to be used,
same were all filed before Ten O'clock and the Board hereby continues the opening of
said petitions until Tuesday June 6th.,1916 at 10:00 A.H. (The two petitions Piled
being asphalt petitions.)
Mr. R. T. Mlle r Manager of the Chicago office of the Pittsburg Testing
Laboratory, appeared before the Beard in regard to position as inspector for
analyzing asphalt to be -used in the paving of Streets in this City this year. The
