Attorney Crabill appeared before the Board and presented P blue print

action taken on same,
Fourth Plat of the Northwest Addition to the City of South Bend$ was
approved by the Board.

Mr. C. A. Perkins was duly appointed by the Board as Building Commissioner
term to commence March lst.l1916.
Mr. Roy N. Dickey, was re -appointed as City Electrician.
