Bond and. contract for pavement on Bartlett Street signed by Harry Barnes as principal and T. C. Barnes and R. B. Ilclnerny as sureties was approved by the Board. Petitions filed for lights at Dunahm Street betwee-i Chapin and lure l Street and one at Prankl in Street and Blanche Street. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed Decembr 14th.,1915 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and;the Board further fins that the assessment roll filed December 14th. ,1915, end the final estimate 1.a lowed Decaber 14th.,1915 should be and the same are hereby in all things rattfied, con- firmed and approved. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls riled December 14th. 1915 is benefitted.in the amount of assessments as shovn on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed December 14th., 1915 and the final.estimate allowed December 14,1915 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
