Tuesday January 4th..1916.
Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members presett. Session held
in Common Council Chambers.
Bearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for Trunk sewer on
Michigan an Street from La Salle Avenue to Monroe Street, under Impro vement
Resolution No. 367. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above,,matter remonstrators appeared and written remonstrances
were filed by Grand T�, unk Ry. Co.,, Birdse:ll Mfg. Co. and Estelle M. Knapp, as to
,the amounts of t :eir assessments -The Board after Jue consideratron decide(l to
