Tuesday November 30th.,1915.
Board met in regular session rt 10:00 A.M. fir. A H. Rice absent.
W.W. Sibley appeared before the Board in regard to bill filed by James
Judie for expense of walk and curb at 220 Lnd 222 So. Illich. St. The Board decided that
the contractor on the 14c«igan Street sewer_ was not the cause of sRid sidevialk rid curb to
cave in, End informed Mr. Sibley thet this w_ s a matter for 14r. Judie to take care of
and not the Board.
Petition received and read for a light at the N.W. corner of Blaine A ve.
and Vassar Avenue. The same was read and placed on file.
Petition filed for a pipe sewer e.nd water main on Caroline Street
from Vistula Avenue to Dayton Street. The Board ordered a resolution prepared for a
pipe sewer.

J Deferred hearing; had on assessment roll awards of damages and assessments of
benefits on the Widening Ef Eddy Street and Mishawaka Avenue from Odfferson Blvd. to
east li ie of PottawAtomie Park, Under Condemnation Resolution No. 39. In the City of
South Bend. Indiana.
In the above matter Atty. Crumpacker appeared representing J.U.Studebaker�
but no further remonstrance was filed. The Board decided to defer their decision on
the same E..ntil Tuesday December 7th.,1915 at 7:45 P.M.
f A Committee from Perley Civic Club appeared before the Board and preseted
a petition. foe a li.gnt at corner of Sorin Street and Francis Street. The same was
placed on file, the Board to make an investigation regarding the placing of this light.
Complaint received From Tecumseh Kilgore a property owner of 811 Cottage
Grove Avenue lot 145 Cushing and Lindsey Addition of a sewer tak which was not in—
stalled according to speu:=ifieations. The Board ordered that DePeape and De Vos
mho installed tap sometime ago be notified to lower this tap according to specific—
ations, and if same was not complied vd. th #mmediately the City will have th a Street.
Commissioner lower said tap and will charge the expense of same to the co. -)tractors.
Pericission arantdd to C. Jordon Company to close the lst. alley south of
J2ffersdn Blvd. between St. Joseph Street and the 1st. alley east of St, Joseph Stie t
Cor a period of thirty days.
