Board met in regular session rt 10:00 A.M. Xr. A H. Rice absent.
W.W. Sibley appeared before the Board in regard to bill Piled by James
Judie for expense of walk and curb at 220 � nd 222 So. 14ich. St. The Board decided that
the contractor on the Iulc��ig&n Street sewer_ was not the cause of said sidewalk rid curb to
cave in, E.nd informed Mr. Sibley thr.t this w:> s a natter :for Mr. Judie to take care of
and not the Board.
Petition received anti read for a light at the N.W. corner of Blaine A ve.
and Vassar Avenue. The sane was read and placed on file.
Petition filed for a pipe sewer a.nd water main on Caroline Street
from Vistula Avenue to Dayton Street. The Board ordered a resolution prepared for a
pipe sewer.
