Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for pavement on Miami Street from North Line of Ewing Avenue to the south City Limits,, under Improvement Resolution No. 714. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that -notices as to the assessments be published for six eonsecut ive days in the South Bend Daily Tribune commencing on the 19th. day of July 1920, stating that this Board will give a he on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 28th, day of July 1920 ,at �7: 15 P. M. Resolved further th t the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
