Resolved by the Boardas a waiver was signed by property owners for said improvement, that no_ advertising be had and that the hearing be held on said assessment roll on the 7th. day ,_of July 1920..at 7: 15 P.M. And resolved further that the entire work under the above o ontract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
