Company not if ied to reset one of their poles located at the rear of 808 Portage Avenue to the north about six feet to allow a driveway to be put in. Property owners on DMald Street appeared before the Board in regard to 1 ights . The Board ordered nine 100 C. P. lights on iron poles, the property owners t o pay f or f our 1 ights and the C ity t o pay f or f ive 1 ights , pr ice t o be pa id $26. 00 per year. Property owners on Diamond Avenue appeared before the Board in reg"dd to petition for 1 ights , and the Board ordered eighteen lights placed, on iron poles, the City agrees to pay for ten -100 C. P. lights and the property wrers agree to pay for eight 100 C. P. lights., at therate of $26.00 per year. Board advised property owners to see Electric Company about contract , and the Board ordered that no orders be given for ind iv idual lights until property owners and Electric Company contract is submitted to the Board.
