Rost iser Vice President, Actin- President. . • Hearing had on Impr ovcment Ras Olut ion No. 767 For pipe sewer on Poland StreetfromWalnut Street to Webster•Street, in, the City of South Bend, :Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed. And `the Board being fully adv ised In the premises, dee ldes that the benefits .to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as; reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby In all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. Same T)laced on file and Clerk in- structed to notified City Attorney, to investigate the widening of Oakland Street. The following resignation received and accepted with regrets by the Board.
