There are two owners interested in the alley mentioned above, and would not recommend starting the proceedings unless the other owner , also signed the petition. Frederick J. STREET OR ALLEY 12APROVEIENT RESOLUTION NO. 776. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of ' the City of South Bend, St. J seph County, State of Indiana, That it is desired and deemed necessary to improve Various Streets in the City of South Bend, Indiana. 4 That an improvement be made of thekind, size, locations and terminal points as follows, to -wit:- That bids be received for the construction and repaRing of cement side -walk, curbs and for filling and excavating for said sidewalks and curbs, on different streets in said City, where the same have already been partly constructed, or defectively constructed. All such work to be done after the owners of abutting property have been ordered and notified to construct or repair such sidewalks and curb_ s for a period of 30 days from the date of any such notice, All work to be constructed or repaired in accordance with Standard Spec if ica,t ions on f ile in the Office of the City Engineer Sf said City, r.
