The City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment, acting by and through the
South Bend Redevelopment Commission (Commission) hereby certifies that on November 18,
1994, by Contract for Sale of Land for Private Development (Contract), recorded as Document
No. 9444874 on December 5, 1994, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana,
fee title in and to the real estate situated in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana
and described at Exhibit "A," hereto, was by Quit Claim Deed (Deed), recorded as Document
No. 9447046 on December 27, 1994 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana,
conveyed to Toll Road Industrial Partners, L.P., an Indiana Limited Partnership, all pursuant to
the covenants, conditions, restrictions, and provisions of said Contract. Toll Road Industrial
Partners, L.P. has fully completed the improvements on the Property in accordance with the
provisions of the Contract.
This Certificate is issued as of this � day of rc. , 2012, and is evidence of satisfaction
of the provisions and covenants of the Contract with respect to the obligation of Toll Road
Partners, L.P. to construct the improvements according to the terms and conditions of that
Contract.
All other terms, provisions, covenants, conditions and resolutions contained in the Contract shall
remain in full force and effect.

St. Joseph County, Indiana which is described as: Beginning
at a point on the South line of Lot 18 -C of the recorded Plat
of the "I" Replat of Gainey's Replat of Lots 18 -B & 20 -A ",
recorded as Document #9305368 in the Office of the Recorder of
St. Joseph County, Indiana, said point being S. 88 °53'01" W.,
426.92 Ft. (Record, S. 88 °53'36" W.) from the Southeast corner
of said Lot 18 -C, which is S. 01 °00'21" E., 187.15 Ft.
(Record, S. 01 °00'44" E., 186.55 Ft.) from the East Quarter
Post of said Section; thence along the South line of said Lot
