The Board granted the Central Union Tel. Company Permission to set'th*
following poles and anchors.
Place one 3 inch iron pipe across Portage Ave. under pavement between Stocker
Place and Thompson Street.
Enlarge manhole on north side of Washington at alley west of Main St.
Enlarge manhole at northwest corner of Intersection of alleys west of Main
Street and south of Colfax Avenue.
Deepen manhole on north side of Jef erson at alley west of Main St.
--4% intersection of alleys west of M in and south of Jefferson put new roof
can manhole as old roof is in bad condition.

Dr. E. G. Preyarmuth Secy, of the Board of Health appeared before tge.
Board and took up tie matter of a woman's,toilet being placed in the basemert
of the City Hall. The Board advised Dr . Prayermath to have figures in to the Board
on same by Tuesday March 2ad.,1920 at 10:00 A.M -
The Board appointed the following' appraisers to set in the Widening
of Ewing Avenue. Phillip Bondurant, Edward Pfeffer and 'Ed. Neddo.

A, blue print of a proposed. Tunnel of the Oliver Chilled Plow. Co.
under West Sample St, west of IndianANorthern R R. Co. filed. Blue print aproved
and permission given subject to proper approvallof all the utilities effected.
