things condemned and appropriated for public use hland this resolution in all things,
rat if ied, c oaf irmed and approved as or ig finally ad opted.
The Board further ordered that the City Engineer be instructed
to proper* a roll of all owners or holders of p' op .rty and of valuable interests
there in sought to be taken or to be Injuriously affected which list or roll ahall
also describe the property beneficially affected and show the awards of damages and
