All members present. As this is the date set for hearing on Various Streets assess- ment roll at 7: 15 P.M. the as Harry A. Shafferof Elkhart , Indiana was the only property effected by this and as a check for the full amount of Ninety two Dollars and thirt two cents ($92.92) was received and therer being no other property owners effected, it was unalmously ordered by the Board that no meeting be held at 7:15 P.M. this 4th. day of Pebruary 1920 and .that the property assessed in said roll filed January 21st.,1920 is benefitted in the amount of Assessments .as shorn on said assessment roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed January 21st.,1920 and the final, estimate allowed January- 21st.,1920 should be. nd the same are hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed ind approved.
