Hearing given on Condemriat ion Resolution No. 56 for the purpose
of Widening Ewi4g Anemue from Olive Street to Ernsperger Street, in this City.
In the above matter remonstrate

We, the undersigned property owners hereby petition your Board and ask
that.the petition filed with your Board December 3rd.,1919 and upon which a resolu-
tion was ordered by the Board January 13.th. , 192CI be amended as follows: -
That your Board order Walnut Street vacated from Indiana Avenue to
Sample Street in the City of South Bend, and that in the event Walnut Street is
vacated as above described and the Board desire to open Pulaski Street from
Indiana Avenue to Sample Street under proper resolution of this Board the under-
signed agree to immediately install grade, curb fnd walk in compliance with any
Instructions from the Board. It being understoot and agreed that the amount of
property taken for the opening of Pulaski Street is to be taken in a regular
proceeding based upon the payment of benefits ant damages and the offer to dedicate
land sufficient for a fifty (50') foot street in the former petition is hereby
with -drawn.

RES OLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
