Bard met in regular session at ,7:15 P.M. All members present.
Hearing had an assessment roll elnd final estimate for concrete
pavvzont on North Share Drive from`Uiehigan St'sat to Leeper ,Avenue under
Improvement Resolution No. 722. In. the City of South, Bend, Indiana.

This Board doeided'to defer action on said assessment roll until Wednesday
January 28th. ,1y26 at 7:1.5 PiM.
The 'City Engineer submitted the list of propert j owners In the
matter 'of the appropriation of certain property; under Condemnation Resolution
No. 54 for the 'Opening of Calvert Street from b�Ichigan Street to Main Street,
as per resolution on Page' a of Record No. 7
of the Owners and holders of property and of i1terests therein sought to be
taken or beneficially or .in, jur iously affected, and the descriptlox of the
several pireas of property which isi affected by the said proceedings,
Thereupon the Board proceeded to award the damages sustained
and to assess the benefits accruing to each piece of property upon said list.
It was thereupon, dpon motion daily made and seconded and
unanimously adopted, resolved that said list, together with! the Amounts of beneft
benefits and damages said net benefits and not dAzagos therein set .forth as to the
several parcels of land be: adopted sssd that the ;respective amount of benefitssi
contained in said list be mad are hereby assessed against the several tracts of
land as_speaif'icslly sat_tAr .h, in said list, and that the rospeetivo amounts of
damages contained in the said list be and are hereby awarded to the several
tracts of land as specifically set forth in said list, and that the -xtt benefits
or net damages, as the case may be as to the rtsIpeetive tracts of land, contained
in said 1 ist are hereby awarded or assfssed, as the cam* may. be and as to the
said aoveral tract_ s of land.
The Board hereby further sets Off the benefits and damage;
each against theothe;r where bath b1nof its ; and d s are assessed, against the
same pleco *r_property, tract of lead or ixtorest, and hereby fix*n said
respeetive=mot benefits as .the amoaxt that shall be paid -by the -respective
owners; as benefits., and further hereby fixes the respective mot' -damages ass � is
the sovoral tracts as the -amount that shall be paid to the owners of the respee-
tivi tracts as damages.
Thereupon, upon motion duly mad Roe* Wed and unanimously
adopted the 14ti. day Of Apeii'-1g20 at jr 15"P e�f ixo'd as the day on which
this Beard will receive or hear remenstrancea fr m persons with regard to the
amount of their respective awards of assessments and the Clerk of this Board
was instructed to prepare and cause to be duly a d legally given., notices to the
owners of each parcel of pro -,.arty, showing the a e►unt of the assessments or
award, with a description of the property affect d, and the date of said hoar ixg.
