Mr. W. D. Teeple, Commissioner of Buildings appeared before
the Board and took up the matter of issuing a permit for the remodeling of the
build ing Socupied before the fire by Woolworth ten centstore., The Board unanimously
agreed to employ and expert construction engineer to estimate the. per, cent of
damages, and decided to employ the R+obt. W. Hunt Company to make such investigation
