Board met in regular, session at 10:00 A.M. All members present,
Communication received from Indiana & Michig%n Ele:c_tric Company
stating the number of lamps installed in December 1919,
.fit was unanimously approved by the Board that the`follo*ing
parties be appointed to act as -a Committee -to revise` the present Building Code.

of their appointment and arrange for a meeting with them.
•Attorne y J. Yeagle y appeared before the Board and took Wp the
matter of having a resolution started on sidewalk on southeasterly sdde of Hydraulic
Avenue from La Salle Avenue to the Race Bt3dge as per petition now on file.
The Board ordered a res olut ion prepared for a five foot sidewalk with retaining
curb if necessary on Southeasterly side of Hydraulic Avenuo from La Salle Avenue to
Race Br idge .
°The Board agreed to recommend to the Council that Mr. J. H.
Me llettee be allowed a refund on his certified check deposited at time bid on Garbag3
contract was let and the City agreed to retain $100.00 for advertising, attorneys
fees and incidental eipenses and that a communication be forwarded rto the Council
together with a copy df petition now on file with this *Board under December 16th.

to ass itance in rev is ion of the Building Code. Same read and placed on file.

the White Company sending a man t o make a surfs y of the Garbage c and it ion in this
City, same read and placed on file, and a letter ordered sent to the Colfax Company
that their Mr. Stoelting of Cleveland, Ohio could make a survey of the garbage and ash
s ituat ion in this City and reader a report of the s ituat ion with roe omme ndat Ions
prov id ing the City incurs no expense in the same.
Financial report of the Ci y Cemetery Sexton roe*ived, read and
placed on file,

Petition "fec a ived from the Stephenson Mfg. Co. requesting that
a light be placed on Tutt Street between Michigan Street and the New York Central
Railroad Same referred to Beaning pole and wire inspector for report.
This being the dafe�or deferred hearing on Track Separation
in this City, and as the estimates and plans were not ready for filing, the Board
Ceferr6d,_ this "matter until Tuesday February loth. ,1920 at 10: 00 AM.

for garbage teams and
that $4.00. per day for helpers.
