RESOLUTION NO. 882
A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CORRECTING INADVERTENT ERRORS IN THE ASSIGNMENT
OF RESOLUTION NUMBERS
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1989, the Commission adopted a resolution of
the South Bend Redevelopment Commission authorizing reimbursement to
the City of South Bend for expenditures made within the Rum Village
Industrial Park, which Resolution was denominated as Resolution No.
877; and,
WHEREAS, on July 14, 1989, the Redevelopment Commission passed a
resolution appropriating money from the South Bend Central Allocation
Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 1A) special fund to the parking
garage principal and interest account of the Redevelopment District
Bond Fund, which Resolution was also denominated as Resolution No.
877; and,
WHEREAS, the inadvertent assignment of the same number to two
separate resolutions has resulted in confusion which must be
corrected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission as follows:
SECTION I. The Resolution approved on June 9, 1989, authorizing
reimbursement to the City of South Bend for expenditures made within
the Rum Village Industrial Park is henceforth denominated as
Resolution No. 877A.
SECTION II. The Resolution adopted July 14, 1989, appropriating
money from the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend
Allocation Area No. 1A) special fund to the parking garage principal
and interest account of the Redevelopment District Bond Fund is
hereby denominated as Resolution No. 877B.
