The Board Ordered that beg innin4 Januar Y 3rd. ,1920 that the pay of
the garbage collectos and helpers is placed on s basis of - ten hours per day
on the present rate per hour,
Also the Board ordered that beginning' Ja,nuary 1st .,1920 that
Seiger in the Engineering Department be paid $4.00 per day instead of `'$3, 50
per day. Rodmen in the &gineeting, Departm ant increased from . $3. 00 Per day to
$3.50 per day, Leo Witucki, Pfau htsmaa in the hgineering Deptartment from
$160.00 per month*t4. i]?t*00per month. and J. T.! Neenan Clerk in the Engineering
Department increased from $.133.33 per month to 150.00 per month all effective

Engineer filed assessment roll :and final estimate for Concrete
pavement on —North Shore Drive From Michigan Street to Leeper Avenue, under
Improvement Resolution No. 722. In the City of 'South Bend, Indiana.
Resolved that notices as to the assessments be published for
six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Tribune, commencing on the, 5th.
day of January 1920 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of
such assessments at its office in the City Hall ;on the 14th. day of January 1920
at 7:15 P.M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above entract
be- accepted and approved and th final estimate thereon allowed.
Partial estimate allowed L. H. Webster for the Diamond Avenue
Trunk Sewwer at ....................................................$ 5020.00
Commuication addressed to City Engineer from Harry G. Schock of
W. A. Bugbee and H. G. Schock Abbtract Company st�ting that the price of property
lists would be increased to fifteen cents per name. The same was approved by the
Board.
