In the -above matter remonstrators appeared . and a wr ittaTi remora- ii trance was filed by, J. C.. Rough against amount ', of assessment. A few property warners appeared and objected to different parts # of the pavement being defective. The. Board therefore over -ruled ali remonstrances and find that the property assessed in said roll f iled December `3 .1919 is benef itted in the amount of assessments as shown on said` asseEssment roll and the Board ,further find that the Assessment roll filed December 3rd.,1919 and the final estimate allowed December 3rd.,1919 should be and the same are hereby in all things, taiiif led, c onf irmed and approved. , Hearing had on assessment roll a final eat imate for asphalt is concrete pavement on Olive Street from Lincoln Way Wes to Washington Avenue and from D iv is ion Street to Sample Street, under Improvement Res olut ion No. 613. Glennon, Land and Tax 'Agent of , ithe Now York Central Railway Company against the amount of the assessment on their property and requesting a deduct ion- be made!. The Board sustained the remonstrance of the New York Central NY., Co. and ordered the assessment roll mod if ied to conform to the New York Central Ry. Co. request and and their as a s„went r#dJuced $117.51', same -to be paid by the City out of the General Fund�Ing IaFIUMU'Rew York Central Ry.. Co. the sum of $364.91 as their assessment • The Board therefor* find that the property assessed in said roll f iled December 3rd. ,1919 is benef itted in the amount of assessment as shown on said assessment except modif ication and the Board further find that the assessment °roll -- filed December. 2rd . ,1919 and the final estimate allowed December 3rd , ,1919 should be and the same is hereby in Ll things, ratified, confirmed and approved- as mod if ied.
