Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indian Railway Company appeared before the Board and requested permission tw ereet a Flagwau's house between curb and walk, on= South Michigan Street- -the the New York Ce,n`t`ral Railroad crossing. The Board advised Mr,. Smith -to wr itc the Board a letter -en same and permission would be granted. H.' L.- Davis appeared before the Board and requested permiss-ion to take sand out of Hi11l.Street between Howard Street And -St. Vincent Street with the understanding that he will lower the service to the Caldwell property at his expense, also any other service to be 1 wored to be done by him.
