In the City of South Bead, Indiana. 4 In the above matter no remonstratorsappeared and no written remonstrance was filed. - The Board therefore find that the ,property assessed in said roll' Piled October 1st,, .is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown an said assessment roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October 1st,. ,1919 and the final estimate allowed October 1st. ,1919 should be and the same ja hereby in all , things,. ratified# confirmed and approved.And the ,Board ordered that the �Citay Controller be notified to withhold the sum of #500.00• from amount due contractor until the drainage is fixed on the street as specified by the City Engineer. Upon said hearing as remonstra.ors appeared aid no written remon- strance was filed. Property owners appeared requesting that sidewalk be put in. The Board after due consideration decided to defer said hearing until Wednesday March 3rd. 91919 at 7: 15 P.M.
