The City of South Bend performed a Technical Re -Evaluation of Local Limitations, as required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in con unction with the re -issuance of the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant's NPDES discharge permit, DUe to the Re -Evaluation, modifications were made to the City's Local Limitations. The Local Limitations modifications have been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency and the City of South Bend Common Council. The revisions to the Significant Industrial User permits are due to modifications of the City's Local Limitations. Other than the Local Limitations revisions and the change/addition of a revision date, there are no other changes to these permit's requirements.
